2. Services

Summit Valet and Storage provides valet vehicle pickup, secure indoor storage, and concierge car care services for travelers visiting Bozeman, Big Sky, and Yellowstone.

3. Booking and Payment

Services must be booked in advance via our website or by direct contact.
Payments are due upon confirmation of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods are detailed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Customer Obligations

You must ensure your vehicle is insured and roadworthy.
All personal belongings should be removed from your vehicle prior to pickup. We are not responsible for items left inside vehicles.

6. Liability

Summit Valet and Storage holds comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Claims regarding vehicle damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle.

7. GDPR and Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding your personal data.
Your data will be collected solely for the purposes of booking, payment processing, and service provision.
